Co-Founder of F&M, Brian is the Salon Director and oversees all aspects of the salon day to day business. From business partnerships to team management, client relations to community involvement, Brian is the man behind the successful running of F&M Hairdressing.

Beginning her career at just 16, Kimberly's passion for hairdressing shines through everything she does. Qualified across all areas of the craft, her passion of cutting is known, with her structured bobs and defined lines a hit with clients. Her eye for definition is second to none.

Joining the team as an assistant, Ainsley has worked her way up to Creative Stylist, through years of dedication and education. One of our leading colourists, Ainsley loves to experiment with a mix of colours and looks and has just completed her Wella Master Colour Expert Degree.

Starting her journey when she left school, Lesley has a real desire ofr success. Her love of consumer focused looks such as balayage and free hand colour is a hit with the clients. Lesley has also enjoyed time working at London and Paris Fashion Weeks.

Having always enjoyed the hairdressing industry, Susan started her journey at just 15! She has gained a wealth of experience throughout her career and has covered every aspect of the craft. Susan's passion lies with colouring and making her clients feel good!

A hairdresserr for over 16 years, Sharon began her career at just 17 years old knowing that this was her passion and exactly what she wanted to do. She loves working with long hair and creating big, bouncy blowdries.

Joining as an Apprentice, Martine has achieved Level 2 and Level 3 and is working towards becoming a fully qualified stylist within the salon. Martine loves making clients feel good and is committed to obtaining as much knowledge as possible.

Our newest member to the team, Olivia is undertaking her hairdressing apprenticeship within the salon. With a love of meeting new people and learning new things, she has achieved her Level 2 Qualification is is currently working towards her Level 3
